1. Agreement
By creating an account or using CanadaBridge AI you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for everything done under your account. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts created with false identities or used to misrepresent an employer.
3. The service
CanadaBridge AI is a technology platform. We are not an employer, an employment agency of record, a law firm, or a licensed immigration representative. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, visas, work permits or any immigration outcome.
Immigration information in the product is general information, not legal advice. Consult a licensed immigration lawyer or an RCIC before making a decision.
4. AI features
AI tools generate drafts and estimates — resumes, cover letters, match scores, interview questions and summaries. Output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything you submit to an employer, and for the truthfulness of your own claims.
Match scores are ranking signals, not hiring decisions. Employers remain solely responsible for their hiring decisions and for complying with employment and human-rights law.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period and you keep paid features until then. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Candidates are never charged a fee for being considered for a job. Any request for such a payment is a violation of these terms — report it immediately.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content solely to operate the service — for example, to show your application to an employer you applied to, or to generate AI output you requested.
7. Prohibited use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. Breaching it may result in immediate suspension.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service available and publish incidents on the status page, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities or immigration outcomes. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, poses a security or fraud risk, or is required to be closed by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The operator must confirm the governing province and dispute-resolution venue with counsel before commercial launch.
