Accounts & access

Who can create an account on CanadaBridge AI?
Skilled candidates anywhere in the world, Canadian employers, licensed recruitment agencies and regulated immigration consultants. You choose your role during sign-up and the platform adapts to it.
Is CanadaBridge AI free for candidates?
Yes. Creating a profile, searching jobs, applying and using the core AI resume tools are free for candidates. Paid plans exist for employers and agencies.
How do I sign in without a password?
Use the magic-link option on the sign-in page, or continue with Google, Apple or Microsoft. A one-time link is emailed to you and expires shortly after it is issued.
I did not receive the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. During the beta, mail is sent from our default sender domain, which some providers filter aggressively. If it still does not arrive, contact us and we will confirm the account manually.

For candidates

What is a job match score?
Every job you view is scored from 0 to 100 against your profile: skills, years of experience, language levels, location preference and work authorisation. The score explains which factors raised or lowered it.
Can the AI write my resume and cover letter?
Yes. The resume builder restructures your experience into a Canadian-format CV, and the cover letter tool writes a letter tailored to a specific job posting. You always review and edit before anything is sent.
In which languages can I work on the platform?
English, French and Arabic, including full right-to-left layout in Arabic. The AI can also translate your documents between the three languages.
Do employers see my contact details immediately?
No. Your profile privacy setting controls this: private, recruiters only, or public. Contact details are released to an employer when you apply to their job or accept their outreach.

For employers & agencies

Do you handle LMIA applications?
The platform tracks LMIA status on each job and assembles the supporting candidate documentation. Filing and legal representation remain with your own counsel or an immigration consultant on the platform.
What does the applicant tracking system include?
A stage pipeline (new, screening, interview, offer, hired, rejected), AI match scores, notes, interview scheduling, bulk actions and an exportable audit trail of every status change.
Can an agency manage several employers?
Yes. Agencies work inside an organization that can be assigned to multiple employer companies, each with its own recruiters, jobs and pipelines.
How is a company verified?
We check the legal business name, business number, address and an authorised contact. Verified companies carry a badge, and unverified companies cannot publish jobs to the public marketplace.

Pricing & billing

How does billing work during the beta?
The billing layer is live but the payment provider runs in sandbox mode until the merchant account is activated. Beta customers are invoiced manually, and no card is charged automatically.
Can I change or cancel a plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling keeps your data accessible in read-only form on the free tier.
Which currencies do you support?
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. The platform stores a currency reference table so regional pricing can be added without a migration.

Privacy & security

Where is my data stored?
In a managed PostgreSQL database with row-level security on every table, encrypted at rest and in transit. Files live in private storage buckets reachable only through short-lived signed URLs.
How do I export or delete my data?
Sign in and open Privacy & data. You can download a machine-readable export, download the full GDPR/PIPEDA subject-access package, review your consent and session history, and request account deletion.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your documents and profile are sent to the AI provider only to produce the output you requested, and are never used to train third-party models.
Which regulations do you follow?
Canada's PIPEDA and the EU GDPR, plus Quebec's Law 25 principles for consent and transparency. The Trust Center documents our controls in detail.
