1. Application
These terms apply in addition to the Terms of Service whenever you build a profile, use AI tools or apply to a job.
2. Your obligations
- Provide truthful information about your experience, education, credentials, languages and work authorisation.
- Review every AI-generated resume, cover letter and answer before you submit it — you are responsible for its content.
- Apply only to roles you are genuinely interested in and eligible for.
- Keep your work-authorisation and availability status current.
- Report any request for payment in exchange for a job or shortlisting.
3. What we do and do not promise
We provide tools, visibility and matching. We do not promise interviews, offers, employment, visas or immigration outcomes, and we are not your legal or immigration representative.
Immigration content in the product is general information only. Verify anything material with a licensed immigration lawyer or an RCIC and with official Government of Canada sources.
4. Your data
Your profile is private by default. Employers see it when you apply, or when you deliberately make your profile discoverable. You can change visibility, export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings.
5. Fair use of AI
AI tools have usage allowances per plan. Automated or bulk generation, resale of output, or attempts to bypass allowances may result in throttling or suspension.
