1. Scope
This policy applies to every user, on every plan, including free accounts and trials. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
2. You must not
- Post a job that does not exist, is not authorised by the named employer, or misstates pay, duties, location or immigration support.
- Charge a candidate any fee to apply, to be shortlisted, or to receive a job offer — this is prohibited without exception.
- Provide immigration advice or representation unless you are legally authorised to do so in Canada.
- Misrepresent your identity, employer, credentials, qualifications or work authorisation.
- Discriminate on any ground protected by Canadian human-rights law, or state such a preference in a posting.
- Harass, threaten or abuse another user, or contact candidates for anything other than the role they applied to.
- Scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute candidate profiles or job data.
- Upload malware, attempt to bypass row-level security or access controls, probe the infrastructure, or interfere with other users' access.
- Use AI tools to fabricate experience, credentials or references.
3. Enforcement
We investigate reports through the support desk. Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate the account, and where fraud or exploitation is involved, notify the relevant authorities.
Report a violation through the contact form using the Abuse category. Abuse reports are triaged the same business day.
